tyandkatie  > Travel > Rome and the Amalfi Coast
October 2008- Our big fall trip was to Rome for 3 days and down to the Amalfi Coast for the rest of the week. We had a great time on this trip. We encountered more history and by far the oldest items/buildings we have seen. After the hustle and bustle of Rome we were glad to escape to laid back Conca dei Marini on the Amalfi Coast where we rented an apartment w/ a great veiw of the water. Ty was a great driver and got us safely there and back even w/ the crazy Italian drivers and hairpin turns. We ventured out to the Isle of Capri one day, but managed to relax and enjoy our vacation other than that.
